What is the return policy?
At Ummahya, we want you to be completely satisfied with every order. You have 30 days to return or exchange unworn items, with tags, in their original packaging.
Are some purchases final sales?
Certain items (final sale, hygiene, gift cards) may be excluded from returns: this will be indicated on the product page before payment.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is shipped. Delivery times depend on the carrier and your area.
What are the shipping costs?
Free shipping on all orders.
How do I choose my size or format?
On each product page, the variant selector may display a size reminder. For complete charts (ready-to-wear, scarves, shoes), open our size guide. If in doubt, measure yourself in cm and prioritize the tightest area among the chest, waist, and hips.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank cards and the payment methods offered by Shopify at checkout (depending on your country). Payment is secure; we do not store your full bank details.
