On Ummahya, most garments offer a Size option (XS, S, S/M, L/XL, XS-M, etc.): abayas, dresses, sets, skirts, trousers, tunics, kimonos, burkinis, and second-hand items. Measurements in centimetres, based on European (EU) standards.
Measure yourself & choose your size
Bust (cm)
Horizontal tape measure, under the armpits, at the fullest point of the chest, without tightening.
Waist & Hips (cm)
Waist at the natural hollow; hips at the widest part, feet together. If you are between two columns, prioritize the most restrictive area.
Combined sizes (S/M, L/XL…)
These labels cover a range: the product description and the cut (flowing, structured) make a difference. Your measurements in cm take precedence over the letter alone.

For khimars, jilbabs, and balaclavas, the shop mainly uses Color only or Size when multiple widths are available. Flat measurements (length × width), when useful, are listed on the product page.

Length & drape
For long khimars, the description often indicates a back length or a range: this is the best visual reference.
Subject
Jersey, silk, crepe, and knit do not offer the same support: the same size may appear looser or tighter-fitting.
Sizeless products
Ramadan Kits, books or accessories without size variation: no size guide—information available on the product page or from customer service.

When Ummahya offers shoes with EU sizing, please prioritize comparing your foot length in cm with the table below. (The current catalog does not yet include shoe sizes.)

Trace the foot
Barefoot, heel against a wall on a sheet of paper. Mark the heel and the tip of the longest toe.
Measurement in cm
Measure the distance between the lines with a tape measure. At the end of the day, the foot is a little more voluminous.
Width & Shape
Strong arch or high instep: check the model's cut on the product sheet.
